Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped, which may take up to 2 weeks after your order has been placed, except for presales and pre-orders which may take up to 30 days. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Damaged, Lost and Delayed Packages: We do not offer refunds for delayed packages, or replacements for packages stolen from your property. We will replace lost and damaged packages covered by our insurance once an investigation is complete.
